Downloads and memory

A version 0.2.5 test peaked at 18.74 GB for a 160×160×128 crop at 1 mm resolution, with 200 generation steps.

That test used a different setting from the default. Memory use for the default settings and larger scans has not been measured. Allow extra memory for input preparation and other apps.

Download size is not published for this version.

Before you run

The CT and organ mask must line up. Scans with tilted or skewed image grids are not supported.

Parts of the CT outside the lesion can also change.

The generated lesion is synthetic and should not be treated as a known real finding.
