What you need

Platform: macOS 14.0 or later on Apple Silicon
Download: 17.4 GB for the model files
Memory: About 22.7 GB used by the model, plus extra for preparing the scan, macOS and other apps
Input: One 3D chest or abdomen CT scan saved as a NIfTI file
License: Software: Apache-2.0. NVIDIA model: OpenMDW-1.1. Other notices are in the repository.

What you get

A written report about the scan, or an answer to your question. When reasoning is enabled, the result also includes the model’s reasoning.

Before you run

Use one NIfTI scan at a time. DICOM files, 2D images and video are not supported.

Crop whole-body scans to the chest or abdomen before running. Automatic cropping can select the wrong region, especially when the arms are raised.

Intended use

For research and education. Not for clinical diagnosis or treatment decisions. Outputs require human review.
