Input

A 2D or 3D image in NIfTI or NRRD format, with a label mask marking the region to measure.

Output

Measurements of image intensity, texture and shape. Intensity and texture can also be shown as maps.

No model files need to be downloaded.

Runs on

macOS 14.0 or later on Apple Silicon

Memory

Peak memory use is not published for this version.

Before you run

The image and mask must be aligned, unless the settings turn on resampling or mask correction.

Some measurements can be undefined or outside the supported range. Check the results before analysis.

The Simoncelli and Riesz filters are experimental and exposed to a known MLX bug until a fixed MLX release is published. Other features are unaffected.
